Business Services & Corporate Advisory (Accounting) Large boutique firm with client turnover up to $100MSalary + BonusHybrid work environment - WFH FlexibilityMy client is an established accounting firm seeking a Business Services Manager to join their Business Services/Private Clients practice.

You'll be required to oversee and manage a fee base of approximately $1M and 3-4 accountants. Clients range from various industry sectors, with the majority of clients having turnovers up to $100M and some large private groups.
Tax planning and forecasting, succession planning, and restructuring adviceManaging workflow and reviewing the work of junior team membersFinalizing large sets of accounts and corresponding tax returnsFormal and informal tax advice on tax issuesTrain, mentor, and delegate to team membersMonitoring KPIs, WIP, productivity, budgets, and deadlinesProviding support to the Director in relation to client management and achieving team objectivesApplicants: (Ideal but not essential)
Currently working in a Manager capacity in Business Services/TaxDemonstrated experience mentoring juniors and managing clientsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
