This role will be permanent, working from both our Ultimo and Parramatta offices.The Job:Manage program direction for ABC Radio Sydney through the selection, evaluation and scheduling of content to attract, engage and build linear and digital audiencesProvide leadership in developing new audio programsLead ABC community engagement and stakeholder management in the marketOversee the management of operational resources and budgetsProvide team leadership and direction to ensure strategic objectives are metBuild and maintain strong effective relationships, both internally and externallyAbout YouWe are looking for a creative leader with an analytical eye who has experience in successfully influencing and directing strategic development in a complex stakeholder environment.You will also have extensive senior management experience, with a strong understanding of the dynamic media industry and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and change projects at scale in a large complex matrix environment.You'll have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience establishing rapport, credibility and collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.You're passionate about storytelling and technological developments in media, and their potential to enrich the experience of audiences and connect communities.What we can offer you:15.4% super.Paid parental, carer's and supporting partner leave.Salary packaging.ABC Mentoring.About ABC RadioABC Radio provides local, national and international content on linear, digital and online platforms across Australia.
