About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Management Support Officer (EA) to support Caroline Williamson, General Manager of Data & Corporate Technology, and Georgia Cronin, General Manager of Customer & Energy Solutions.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of administration tasks for the two GMs and direct leadership team, including high-level meetings, event coordination, and diary management.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting & Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the diaries for Executive and GM meetings as well as Team meetings, town halls, and working groups.
Ensure agendas are prepared, meetings are scheduled, and minutes/notes are issued in a timely manner.
Event & Workshop Coordination: Plan and organise team workshops and external events, including special events that feature guest speakers and collaboration with technology partners.
Administrative Support: Handle essential administrative tasks for the team, such as raising purchase orders, travel and conference bookings, and managing resources for team activities and digital events.
Collaboration: Work closely with other EAs to support digital all-hands events and team initiatives, fostering a collaborative and proactive support network.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven EA/MSO Experience: You're a seasoned EA or Management Support Officer dedicated to this career path.
Ideally, you have previously supported senior management or executive leadership and supported multiple GMs/Executives.
Organisational Expertise: Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to independently manage complex operating rhythms, coordinate high-level meetings, and prepare agendas and materials.
Confidentiality & Integrity: Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Independent & Proactive: A self-starter with a proactive attitude, capable of working independently and with minimal supervision.
Team-Centric & Culture-Driven: Contribute to an inclusive, open-door culture where team members feel supported and empowered to share ideas.
