About The Role Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a Permanent PART TIME (4 days a week) Management Support Officer to join us in this exciting fast-paced role, based in our new modern offices in Fortitude Valley, close to transport and the train station.
You will work in partnership with two of our Group Managers in the Aged and Community care portfolio.
You will provide high quality administrative, business, and executive support for the GM's and their respective teams.
You will collaborate closely with Managers and employees within their respective departments to deliver quality outcomes.
The Management Support Officer is responsible for a variety of duties and responsibilities including calendar/diary management, email management, coordination, general administration and support to wider teams as needed.
You will act with professionalism and integrity, and maintain the strictest of confidentiality at all times.
About You You will be professional, positive, energetic, discrete, ethical and motivated to deliver high quality work, coupled with the attitude to always learn and adapt to change.
You will enjoy working with senior managers, interpreting ambiguity, and problem solving to deliver excellence in administration and support.
No two days will be the same as you work to your strengths and provide a high quality support service.
You will also bring the below skills and experience: Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within and across busy multidisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders.
Proficient time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
Adaptive and accepting of new ideas, and a willingness to approach new challenges and adjust plans to meet new priorities.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience in general office administration including sound knowledge and use of computer software packages, e.g.
Microsoft Office suite and database applications, arranging meetings, appointments and seminars/workshops.
Strong customer focus, the ability to maintain and develop positive working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels and to deal with complex and sensitive matters.
Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and as a member of a busy team.
Possesses a strong pro-active drive, initiative and energy to ensure maximum efficiencies and effectiveness in all areas of responsibility, including a willingness to "pitch-in" to solve challenges and get the work done.
