About the role The Engineering Services Manager is required to oversee asset management, department budget and projects at the direction of the Grampians Health Leadership team, supporting the facilitation of the Grampians Health Vision, Purpose and Strategic Plan.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the management of the engineering department, including Grampians Health plant and equipment and the provision of effective and efficient service delivery throughout Grampians Health Direct and maintain a workforce plan that ensures compliance with industrial law including OH&S requirements, Compliance with the Code of Conduct, Foster ongoing staff and team development Manage the provision of utilities to all Grampians Health – Ballarat sites, Provide advice regarding the planning and development of new buildings and services in conjunction with the leadership team Skills & Experience Demonstrated several years of management experience in engineering, facility management or building construction Current or eligibility to join the Institute of Healthcare Engineering Australia Project management experience.
