As the Senior Manager of Change Management Communications, you will lead communication strategies that align with and support organizational transformation goals.
This role is integral to ensuring that change is clearly understood, embraced, and effectively implemented across Worley.
From shaping the messaging for structural, process, cultural, and operational changes to engaging employees throughout transitions, you will play a key role in the Worley's success.
What you'll do Lead Change Communication: Create and implement strategies that support organizational change initiatives with clear, consistent messaging.
Develop Standards: Establish communication frameworks, including calendars and templates, to drive transformation goals.
Engage Stakeholders: Build tools to ensure leadership and employees share a unified understanding of changes.
Drive Employee Engagement: Keep employees informed and motivated, fostering a culture of openness during transitions.
Manage Challenges: Handle communication for potential issues, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Tailor Strategies: Work with teams to align communication plans with business transformation goals.
Measure Impact: Track and analyze communication effectiveness, adapting as needed for continuous improvement.
Create Content: Develop targeted materials like emails, FAQs, and newsletters to guide stakeholders through changes.
What you'll have Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
Significant experience in communications, particularly in Change Communications.
Proven success in leading communication for large-scale transformations.
Strong ability to craft clear, motivational messaging to drive engagement.
Expertise in content development and change management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with digital communication tools and metrics.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
