Base + super + comms + car Multi-franchise dealership Rockhampton location My client in Rockhampton is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Service Manager to join their team.
In this key role, you'll assist with the smooth running of the service department, ensuring operational efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.
About the role: Support the Service Manager with daily department operations.
Lead and motivate a team, managing workflow and service delivery.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless service experience.
Monitor department performance and ensure compliance with policies.
What they are looking for: Previous experience in a leadership or senior advisory role in an automotive service department.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Experience with dealership management systems.
A proactive attitude and a current, unrestricted driver's licence.
