Management Couple

Bunbury Seaview Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on couple to join us as Managers of our beautiful southwest short term accommodation complex overlooking the Indian ocean.   This is a unique opportunity to live and work in a coastal setting with a supportive team starting in December.  Bunbury Seaview Apartments is privately owned, and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of customer service.
The Role: We are looking for a self-motivated, positive couple with strengths in both office administration and ground maintenance.  In this dual role, one will manage all staff, both housekeeping and reception, guest services and administrative duties, while the other will focus on the maintenance and upkeep of the building together with overseeing daily operations. Together both will be responsible for the after-hours responsibilities.
Essential Skills and Attributes Customer Service:  Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
Competency:  Basic understanding of business operations along with office management experience and computer literacy.  Handy-person skills are highly regarded for the (grounds role).
Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is essential.  RMS experience is beneficial.
