Management Consultants - ICT Strategy - Senior Consultant to Associate Director Level
On behalf of my clients, an Australian-owned management consulting firm, I am currently looking for multiple ICT Management Consultants / Strategy Consultants for new roles based in Canberra.
We are looking for candidates who hold a minimum of Baseline Security Clearance and have experience in similar roles specializing in Business & Technology strategy, performance improvement, or change/transformation services.
The roles available now include:
Senior Consultant
In these roles, you will be responsible for providing consulting services predominantly in the government sector, working with clients to solve complex challenges and achieve meaningful change.
Skills / Experience Required:
Background in an ICT Consulting environment with demonstrated experience in preparing strategic advice, stakeholder engagement, and change/transformation management.
Well-developed collaboration, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills, with excellent business writing and Excel skills.
Experience in Operating Model Design.
Experience in managing and mentoring teams (level dependent).
Capability to build client relationships and willingness to lead new programs of work (level dependent).
Experience working on technology transformation/IT-related projects.
Professional qualifications in business, finance, technology, or similar.
Postgraduate academic qualifications such as an MBA or Master's degree are highly regarded.
