Tasks Include:Analyze the expenses and costs throughout the process, and production planning and scheduling.Lead the internal team proactively to avoid production delays and minimize the expenses caused by the delays.Provide high-level evaluations to the company's executive teams for them to make critical decisions on process improvements and opportunities.Provide guidance and advice on strategic direction and initiatives.Identify areas requiring improvement, conduct market research, and analyze current & latest trends and technology to develop strategies that the company can effectively incorporate.Innovate and intuitively research key target markets and new opportunities.Create and document new internal policy manuals and business procedures ensuring that all employees have access to comprehensive training and are up to date with company regulations and safety issues.Develop creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new clientele opportunities.Provide regular feedback and consulting matters to senior management.To be successful in this role, you will have:Strong analytical skillsStrong problem-solving abilityExcellent teamwork and management skillsMinimum 2 years of experiencePlease note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
