About the role
As a Senior Consultant or Manager you will work as part of a team delivering a range of exciting projects for our clients as well as supporting in business development and business management activities.
Project delivery
The role will include:
Planning projects including the detailed activities and timeframes required to deliver upon our commitments to clients; Undertaking work activities on particular projects which could include process improvement, project management, organisation design, change management, and stakeholder management activities depending upon the individual project; Building and sustaining relationships with clients to ensure that we are fully aware of any changing needs. The role will include:
Undertaking analysis of markets and clients to ensure that Management Consulting is best positioned to support clients; Developing client proposals with the broader team, setting out our understanding of client needs; providing insights regarding the client situation, and detailing our proposed approach; Building and sustaining a network of relationships. The level of experience of the candidate will determine the appropriate Grade of role i.e. Senior Consultant or Manager.
Senior Consultant - Minimum 2 years in a management consulting environment or 3-5 years in a project environment within industry Manager - Minimum 5 years years in a management consulting environment or 8-10 years in a project environment within industry
