Management Consultant CPS Security Services is a leading Australian-owned provider of comprehensive security solutions. As a Management Consultant, you will play a key role in developing strategies to maximize client satisfaction and optimize resource utilization.
Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in developing strategies and action plans to improve client satisfaction and resource utilization.Review and analyze existing operational systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to industry standards.Develop and implement project management methodologies for efficient management of security personnel and resources.Conduct work studies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.Review workflow, reports, and job functions and recommend revisions to address operational inefficiencies.Assist in implementing approved recommendations and revising procedures.Monitor compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.Manage client expectations by ensuring services meet or exceed their requirements.Direct the organization towards more efficient operations and resolve operational challenges.Identify growth opportunities and areas for operational improvement.Design and implement specialized training programs for security personnel.Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and security technology advancements.Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.Establish KPIs and present reports to management on security operations and improvements.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.Strong understanding of Australian market conditions and business regulations.Ability to travel for consultations, meetings, or client visits.
