Ready Service is looking for a Management Consultant to join their team.
About the role
This self-motivated role includes challenging responsibilities, including:
Analyze and improve the organization's guidelines, admin functions, work procedure systems, and investment plans for stock. Implement ATL and BTL for the respective target audience to enhance the product positioning in the market. Introduce and implement clear work floor systems and analyze the market positions of main products and recommend changes if needed. Analyze and understand the key customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies using the organization's capabilities. Conduct periodical audits and enhance the efficiency of the administration functions. Implement BPR to find new markets for existing products and direct organizations to an efficient platform. Arrange business meetings with key customers to understand their total potential and introduce appropriate strategies to transform them into buying platforms and appoint key stakeholders in sales and marketing. Required attributes for this role include
Minimum 15 years of experience in the sales and marketing industry. Minimum five years of experience in communication infrastructure components and Electrical products and projects. Minimum of two years of proven Management consultation role experience in communication/Electrical is a must for this position. Qualification and experience
Bachelor or Master's degree is a must for this position. Management-related qualifications will be an added advantage. HR qualification and Finance qualifications will be an added advantage. Knowledge about IT and Electrical products and projects will be a great advantage. Job Location: Murarrie, QLD.
