What will be your focus? As a Management Consultant, you will help organisations to solve issues, create value, maximise growth and improve business performance. You will provide objective advice and expertise and help an organisation to explore growth opportunities in operations, finance, and management by:
Conducting workshops and meetings with senior management and stakeholders to assess organisational problemsConducting workshops with subject matter experts and developing current state (AS-IS) and future state (TO-BE) business process mapsIdentifying efficiency issues, root causes for issues and opportunities for improvement and optimisationDeveloping business cases for transformation, improvement and automation projectsEngaging senior management and key stakeholders for transformation and automation initiatives and projectsDesigning operating and governance models, change management processes for transformation and automation projectsProblem identification through management consultations, team meetings, case framework analysis, and Lean Six sigma toolsProviding strategic and operational advisory and help the management of the business implement the most cost-effective methods to drive operational excellenceAnalysing business processes, identify opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend business improvement strategiesThis is a full-time role, based in Melbourne.
