Job Description The Management Accountant will be responsible for the following:
Budgeting and forecasting for a portfolio of properties/entitiesMonth end accounting for the portfolioProcess improvement initiativesBusiness partnering with stakeholders (internally and externally)GL and balance sheet reconciliationsPreparation of financial statements and reportingAd hoc analysis The Successful Applicant CA/CPA or Part qualificationExperience in a similar role (2-3 years +) or alternatively have experience in an accounting firmExcellent communication skills - written and verbal What's on Offer The successful candidate will receive:
