The role will commence immediately and play a pivotal role within the finance team.

Job Description The Management Accountant will be responsible for the following: Budgeting and forecasting for a portfolio of properties/entities Month end accounting for the portfolio Process improvement initiatives Business partnering with stakeholders (internally and externally) GL and balance sheet reconciliations Preparation of financial statements and reporting Ad hoc analysis The Successful Applicant CA/CPA or Part qualification Experience in a similar role (2-3 years +) or alternatively have experience in an accounting firm Excellent communication skills - written and verbal What's on Offer The successful candidate will receive: Competitive remuneration Growth and learning opportunities World class offices Established leadership team
