Management Accountant

Your new company

Our established Not-For-Profit organisation requires a qualified Management Accountant to start within the next week.

Located close by to the CBD, this position will start off initially on a temporary basis and has strong chances of going permanently, based on performance.

Your new role

As the Management Accountant you will be responsible for, but not limited to;

- Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with management accounts preparation
- Assisting with budgets and forecasts
- Review and approval of journals and AP and AR invoices and payments
- Month-end and year-end accounting activities as required
- Work collaboratively within a finance team of 8-10 staff


What you'll need to succeed

- A full CPA/CA or equivalent accounting qualification
- Able to commence this position before or by 7th October 2024
- Strong experience in management and financial accounting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with various finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Strong Excel skills and systems literacy
