In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting financial decision-making and ensuring compliance with government regulations and policies.
Job Description Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning. Monitor financial performance and provide insights to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and standards. Collaborate with various departments to provide financial guidance and support. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial statements. Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions. Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function. The Successful Applicant Experience in management accounting and financial analysis, reporting and budgeting Relevant tertiary qualification in finance and accounting with a CA or CPA qualification Prior experience in public sector is preferred Proficiency in SAP with strong modelling skills Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail Strong communication and stakeholder management skills What's on Offer Leading industry pay Flexible working arrangements Convenient Western Sydney location #J-18808-Ljbffr
