We are currently seeking a Management Accountant to join our tight-knit and collaborative National Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services (FHIS) team, based in our head office in Richmond. Reporting to the Finance Manager - National, you will assist the business with the preparation of monthly management reporting as well as management accounting tasks for National cost centres. These include, but are not limited to consolidating monthly reporting, preparing monthly and quarterly reports for Fulton Hogan Australia (FHA) and assisting our Financial Controller with preparation of budget templates. You will ensure accurate information is provided on a timely basis in accordance with the company's policies and legislative requirements, identify and initiate process improvements, and provide support on tenders and projects on an as needed basis. You will hold tertiary qualifications in accounting. Experience in an accountancy position in a construction/engineering or similar project-based environment; or being a top performer from a practice background willing to make the move to a dynamic construction environment, will see you succeed in the role. Ultimately, we are seeking your strong interpersonal skills and your attitude to want to develop and make a positive impact. We need your ability to build strong partnerships across the business and engage with a range of stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
