Key Responsibilities Financial Planning and Analysis:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including variance analysis.Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts.Provide insights into financial performance to guide decision-making.Evaluate financial trends and identify areas for improvement.Cost Management:Analyze costs and provide recommendations to improve profitability.Implement and maintain cost control systems and processes.Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects or business changes.Performance Reporting:Generate and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.Monitor financial performance against benchmarks and recommend corrective actions.Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for departmental and company-wide reviews.Business Partnering:Collaborate with department heads to understand financial needs and provide tailored support.Act as a liaison between finance and other business units, facilitating open communication.Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and recommendations.Compliance and Governance:Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies, and standards.Support the preparation of statutory financial statements as required.Assist with internal and external audits.Process Improvement:Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement improvements.Leverage technology to streamline reporting and analysis functions.Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.Key Skills and Competencies: Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and diligence in reporting and analysis.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying financial information clearly.Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial issues.Qualifications and Experience: Essential: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, or CIMA).Proven experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or similar roles.Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools.Desirable: Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.5 years' experience in a similar role.Experience in Microsoft D365.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Timeliness and accuracy of financial reports.Achievement of budget and forecast accuracy.Effectiveness of cost control measures.Stakeholder satisfaction with financial insights and support.Ready to Apply?
