Join us in making a difference!The roleWe have a full-time, fixed-term contract available for a Management Accountant ready to make an immediate impact.Who we are looking forA skilled professional with expertise in financial modelling to play a crucial role in supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of our aged care services. This position involves comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to assist management in making informed decisions that enhance the quality of care for our residents while ensuring financial sustainability.Key responsibilitiesConduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for cost savingsPrepare monthly financial reports and presentations for management reviewCompleting of financial modelling to inform pricingAnalyse costs related to age care operations, identifying areas for efficiency improvementAssist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecastsMonitor budget performance, provide insights, and recommend corrective actions as necessaryDevelop and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performancePrepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports to support strategic decision-makingLiaise with various departments, including operations, clinical services, and administration, to gather financial data and insightsDirect experience in a data analytics, management accounting and/or financial analytics roleStrong financial and analytical knowledge and skills demonstrated through prior experience in a similar roleStrong financial modelling skills to drive data-driven decision-making and strategic growthAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsAble to obtain National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than 6 months)Successful completion of pre-employment medical formsHow to applyIf you are interested in this role and meet the essential criteria, please click the "apply now" button.
