In 2023, Ronstan joined Groupe Wichard, strengthening its position as a leader in the sailing and safety markets.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly management reports, providing detailed insights into financial performance against budgeted figures.Strategic Insights: Offer insightful commentary on financial reports to aid senior management in strategic decision-making.Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to assist in financial planning and ensure financial stability.Variance Analysis: Perform detailed variance analysis, identifying discrepancies between actual results and budgeted/forecasted figures for each profit and cost center.Budgeting: Collaborate with senior management to compile the company's annual budget, ensuring strategic financial planning is in place.Performance Analysis: Analyze financial trends across various business units to pinpoint areas for improvement and efficiency gains.Month-End Procedures: Manage month-end accounting procedures, including reconciliations and journal entries, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to financial systems and processes.Accounts Management: Assist with general accounts payable and receivable duties as required.Financial Evaluation: Evaluate financial risks and assess organizational financial performance to ensure the company is well-positioned in a competitive market.Requirements:Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.At least 2 years of full-time experience in a management accounting role.Strong financial reporting and variance analysis capabilities.Excellent analytical skills to identify trends and areas for financial improvement.Solid understanding of cash flow forecasting and budgeting.Strong collaboration and communication skills, working closely with senior management.Proficiency in accounting systems and month-end processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.Commitment to process improvement and financial accuracy.How to apply:Please apply with your resume via the online portal.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
