About the company: Our client is a leading aged care provider, offering a range of facilities, including retirement living.
They are committed to providing a supportive and dynamic working environment where your expertise will make a real impact.Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage monthly forecasts and budgets for our retirement living facilities.
Provide detailed commentary to support financial decision-making.
Conduct a thorough analysis of financial data, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Oversee and manage stock reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Utilise your expertise in Power BI to create and maintain dynamic reports that drive actionable insights.
Manage and complete unit settlements, including the sale of units and resident refund calculations.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure financial goals align with overall business objectives.

About You: Proven experience as a Management Accountant within the retirement living or aged care sector is essential.
Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
