We are seeking a talented Management Accountant to lead our finance and payroll department to maintain the highest standards of financial accuracy, integrity, and transparency.

About the role:
Permanent Full-Time role Uphold the highest standards of financial quality, accuracy, and compliance, ensuring all financial reporting is carried out with exceptional attention to detail.
Foster a collaborative and cohesive finance team by promoting a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement and trust.
Demonstrate outstanding ethical standards in all financial matters, ensuring full compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal departments, external partners, financial institutions and government agencies.
Proactively identify financial challenges, develop solutions, and share insights to drive company growth, financial health and efficiency.
Assistwiththe preparation and review of budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure accuracy, completeness and conformance to financial policies and procedures.
Assist the SLT (Senior Leadership Team) in identifying business improvement opportunities.
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA certification preferred).
Proven experience in a similar financial leadership role.
Proficiency in financial software, systems, and reporting tools (NetSuite experiencewill be highly regarded) Exceptional knowledge of financial management, reporting and analysis.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Uncompromising integrity and ethics in all financial activities.
Advanced Excel skills are essential for effective data analysis and reporting.
