This is a hybrid role based in Berkeley Vale, NSW.The RoleWe currently have an exciting opportunity in our Finance team for a well-rounded Management Accountant to manage a small team and to deliver key responsibilities including:Reporting, forecasting and analysis at a corporate, business and departmental level.Financials, analysis, forecasting and consolidation of overseas businesses.Budget preparation and consolidation.Budgeting, accounting, and forecasting SaaS projects.Capital expenditure reporting and administration.Posting GL Journals and balance sheet reconciliations.Insurance renewals and claims.Ad-hoc Projects.Skills & ExperienceHigh level of financial analysis skills, together with numerical skills and accuracy.Advanced Excel skills.Excellent collaborative interpersonal skills, characterised by clarity, empathy and integrity.Previous team leadership experience (desirable).Effective and authentic team building qualities.Ability to be self-directed and work autonomously with initiative and good judgement.Ability to coordinate and implement process improvements with other areas of the business.High level written & verbal communication and influencing skills.The ability to effectively manage competing demands and priorities.Excellent organisation and time management skills.Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce with a major in Accounting.3+ year's accounting experience.Exposure to a large ERP accounting system (ideally SAP) will be highly regarded.Who are we?Sanitarium Health Food Company is an Australian-owned FMCG company with iconic household brands, a rich history, and an unwavering commitment to make a positive health impact.What sets us apart?We combine the dynamic pace of a fast-moving consumer goods business with over 125 years of serving goodness by delivering affordable nutritious products, promoting health, and caring for our communities.
