We are looking for a full-time hands-on Management Accountant to join us on this journey!
Role & Responsibilities Drive and manage month-end process and preparation of management accounts, annual budgeting and forecasting Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations Prepare group consolidation and elimination journals Present accurate and timely financial information including insightful analysis/commentary Lead half-year review and annual financial audit with the external auditor For ASX disclosure, provide financial analysis and insights, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and scenario planning Develop and optimize financial models to support business planning and decision-making Liaise with external accountant and tax advisor on global taxation requirements as needed (e.g.
ITR, FBT, BAS, global indirect taxes) Support the team duties of managing payroll, accounts receivables and accounts payable as required Identify, support and lead process improvement initiatives General support on all financial matters as required such as managing working capital, including cashflow forecasting, forecasting of FX requirements Qualifications: CA/CPA qualification with a tertiary accounting qualification Total 8+ years' experience (including 5+ years' in a commercial environment or an auditor in a Big 4 accounting firm) Significant financial control experience in the Retail/FMCG/eComm Experience in ASX listed environment is highly preferred Experience in fast-paced start-up environment is a big Plus History of process improvement and desire to improve operations Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Accounting/Auditing Industries Retail Apparel and Fashion, Internet Marketplace Platforms, and Online and Mail Order Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
