Management Accounting & Budgeting (Accounting) Full time Kinetic Logging Services Pty Ltd is a division of Epiroc and a leading supplier of Geophysical Services in Australia, with offices in Perth, Newman and Brisbane.
The Management Accountant is pivotal to the finance capability of the business with end-to-end operations of the finance function. Reporting to and working closely with the Business Controller, whilst always protecting sensitive and confidential information this position will be accountable for two key areas:
1) business analytics 2) compliance The role would suit someone with a passion for business and data, ambitious and self-motivated. The business is constantly evolving and entering new markets, so the ability to adapt and problem solve is essential.
What would you do? Contribution to the preparation of End of Month / End of Year Statutory accounts and reports.Revenue Reconciliations.Conduct thorough and detailed monthly balance sheet reconciliation.Budgeting including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash.Tapping into our database to conduct in-depth analysis using Pronto.Project cost tracking and contribution to maintain Asset Register.Conduct regular, detailed and insightful profitability, budgetary and cashflow analysis, enabling senior management decision making.Payroll costing analysis.Keep UpToDate with regulatory requirements and best practices in management accounting. Ensuring and/or developing financial management policies and procedures meet these standards.Participate and provide information in auditing and taxation practices, as well as evaluating benefits and compensation packages.Understand the complexities around business structures, our product range, and ingredients from a financial perspective.Working closely with other Financial/operation stakeholders in the business.What's in it for you?
