ABOUT THE ROLERepairhub are growing, and due to this growth we now require an experienced Management Accountant to join our Banyo QLD, Head Office. The Management Accountant will be responsible for reporting and analysing the financial and operational performance of the business and preparing budget and forecasts.
This will include but not be limited to: Prepare weekly and monthly management reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) reports to senior management and stakeholders.Evaluate financial and operational implications of business initiatives, projects, and investments.Prepare the annual Budget including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, by engaging with key business management.Prepare periodic business forecasts on an ongoing basis, across both operational and financial outputs.Monitor and report performance against budget on a monthly basis across key operational and financial outputs.Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.Support ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting requirements as needed.To be successful in this role, you will have the following qualifications and experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance.Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Advanced skills in Excel required.
Experience with Power BI preferred.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across departments.WORKING AT REPAIRHUBOur teams love working at Repairhub, and we think you will too!
