The Opportunity Due to significant business growth, we are excited to offer this newly created position reporting to the CFO. This unique role will suit an individual who is results-oriented with a focus on providing quality financial information across all business functions. Working with key stakeholders, the role will be critical in optimising our finance function to support our growth plans, providing timely and effective reporting, analysis and modelling relating to all aspects of the business. The role will also have responsibility for reviewing the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
Key areas of Responsibility Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy of financial records. Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process. Month-end accounting, performance analysis, data integration and reporting. Preparing monthly reports for business leaders and department managers including P&L's, cost reports, KPI's and financial metrics. Assisting with annual budgets and forecasts. Build collaborative working relationships across Finance and the broader organisation to utilise data to assist in decision making. Identifying, developing, implementing reporting and process improvements. Administrative and general finance support duties as required. About You This role requires a driven individual with a 'can-do' attitude who can deliver results and influence change to achieve process improvement.
You will have a bachelor's in commerce or similar and may be recently qualified CA or CPA or partway through a postgraduate qualification. You will be reliable, professional, organised and show initiative, while also demonstrating a strong customer service orientation and have exceptional business acumen in addition to:
