Management Accountant

A great opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to take on a short-term role. Your new company I am looking for a Management Accountant to join a local Darwin council on a temporary basis. Your new role In this role you will be responsible for developing the council's financial planning, budgetary process and reporting framework. You will be responsible for the following Financial Management Budgeting and Forecasting Assets borrowing and investments (Treasury) Taxation and Compliance Corporate Systems Supporting the performance and capability of the team What you'll need to succeed Ideally, you will have: Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Minimum of 5 years' experience as an accountant in an accounting firm Advanced numeracy and Excel skills What you'll get in return This is a great opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to take on a short-term role.
