In this role, you'll be the go-to person for delivering insights and analysis that drive business decisions in a very fast-moving organisation. Key responsibilities include:
Leading the preparation and presentation of management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leaders, influencing decision-making at the highest levels.Providing financial evaluations of business initiatives and projects, assessing their operational impact to steer strategy.Working with department heads to develop budgets, P&Ls, and cash flow forecasts, and providing ongoing performance analysis.Building forward-looking business forecasts to guide financial planning and operational priorities.Supporting audit processes by delivering accurate documentation and analysis.Who You Are:
We're looking for a candidate with sharp financial acumen and a flair for translating numbers into meaningful insights, someone who's switched on and can work with stakeholders outside of finance and within your team. The ideal background:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A CPA, CA, or similar qualification (or progress toward one) is crucial.Experience: 4+ years in a finance role, ideally with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within a commercial or Big 4 setting in Audit or Business Services.Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency is a must; Power BI experience is a bonus.Analytical Prowess: You excel at diving into complex data to extract insights that drive actionable strategy.Communication: Clear, concise, and influential, with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders.Interpersonal Skills: Proven relationship-builder with a collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively across departments.The Offer:
