Management Accounting & Budgeting (Accounting)The CompanyOur client is seeking a team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the capability to thrive in a multi-entity, global organization.The RoleResponsible for the division EOM process and preparation of P&Ls for multiple entities with multiple sites;Prepare commentary on balance sheet and P&L variances;Maintain accuracy of the general ledger;Work closely with the GMs/RPs/CCSs to analyze, understand and explain monthly financial results and assist with their reporting;Prepare the quarterly dividend calculations for the CCSs;Assist with various projects and business improvement initiatives;Assist with the year-end audit including working with external auditors;Ad hoc duties as required to support the wider team.What you will bringDegree in Commerce or Business with a major in Accounting;CA/CPA qualified;Minimum 2+ years of commercial experience;Have a thorough understanding of Australian accounting and taxation systems;Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment;Demonstrate a hands-on approach to an accounting role;Exceptional time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines;Excellent data accuracy, coupled with high attention to detail;Ability to adapt to new software programs;Working rights in Australia.Apply NowIf this sounds like you or you want to know more, please apply or reach out at ****** for a confidential discussion.
