They have a remarkable culture and business model, and as their Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in breaking down the barrier between accountancy and management to support business objectives.This is your chance to be part of a thriving, forward-thinking team that is shaping the future of finance in this exciting business.The RoleReporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with directors and operations to provide timely management reporting and financials, expert advice, analysis, ongoing support, and guidance to drive performance and profitability of the business and overall business strategy.Duties will include, but not be limited to:Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis for strategic evaluations and investments.Provide regular performance reports, ensuring consistent tracking of objectives and targets.Deliver high-level commercial analysis and assist in developing business cases for new opportunities.Collaborate on annual and quarterly budgets/forecasts with department heads and the Finance Manager.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive commercial improvements.
