About the Role The overall purpose of the Management Accountant is to provide financial support, through understanding and interpreting financial results and performance trends.
Key responsibilities include:  Prepare month-end and quarterly financial report acquittal for the aged care department, along with any additional acquittals as required.
Review, analyse and investigate financial performance and variances to budget, forecast, previous year and other benchmarks as deemed relevant.
Support the development and distribution of management reporting (at all management levels), including variance analysis.
Assist to develop management reporting processes, stakeholder communications and timetables Support the development of financial modelling to support the preparation and presentation of business cases.
About You Must be immediately available Current Queensland Driver Licence Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or similar Professional accounting qualifications (CA, CPA, CIMA) or currently studying towards Ideally have experience in aged-care or not-for-profit Management accounting experience in a multi-program organisation with a large number of designated cost centres How to Apply Please click "Apply Now" to be considered for this opportunity.
