MARS Recruitment is teaming up with a global leader in the hotel industry in search of an experienced Management Accountant. In this role, you will manage the group consolidation process, assist with management and board reporting, prepare group forecasts, and perform in-depth financial analysis. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hotel operations, sales, and senior management, to drive business performance.

Responsibilities: Manage month-end close processes, including financial consolidations, and provide accurate management reporting for multiple international entities.Prepare consolidated financial and management reports, regularly updating on changes in financial positions.Assist with budgeting and forecasting, offering valuable financial insights to support key business decisions.Prepare group forecasts and perform in-depth financial analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hotel operations, sales, and senior management, to drive business performance.Criteria: 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance.Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is an advantage.Experience within a global organization is highly desirable.Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Experience in medium to large corporate environments, with a preference for multinational or publicly listed companies.Notes: They operate a flexible hybrid working model.Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered at this time.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply to the role directly with your resume (Word format) and cover letter.
