Key Responsibilities: All accounts and finance activities Manage all accounting functions using XERO Lead the annual budgeting, cashflow, and forecasting processes. Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the Board of Management. Provide monthly and quarterly assessments against financial and operational goals, providing valuable insights and analysis. Drive improvements in reporting frameworks and dashboards for enhanced visibility and decision-making. Lead & implement systems and process improvements through automation across various software tools and data points Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ATO, Superannuation, and Payroll. Maintain high standards of administrative functions and timelines. Oversee service and supply agreements critical to business operations. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment. Requirements for Success: CPA/CA with 5+ years' experience Bachelor of Business / Commerce or equivalate Demonstrated experience in construction sector or similar Competence in Xero, Hubdocs, and PowerBi dashboard reporting.
