They provide tailored financial advice, accounting and mortgage broking solutions and have been in operation for close to 10 years.Due to business growth, they are looking to hire a management accountant/finance officer.Benefits:Work closely with directors and managementGrowing firm with room for career developmentWork life balance and work from home flexibility (1 day per week)Monthly RDO'sRegular morning tea provided and social eventsTasks and responsibilities:Complete end of month reporting including journals and reconciliations, and then present results providing feedback on performance against budgets/forecastsManage the day-to-day financial reportingSupport the annual budgeting processProvide business performance reporting and analysis to improve operational and business performanceWorking with, and maintaining, complex Financial ModelsAccounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasksPreparation and lodgment of monthly/quarterly Business and Instalment Activity StatementsPayroll processingAbout you:Previous experience in a management accountant role in an Australian professional services firm (e.g.
