Key Responsibilities: Statutory Compliance & Reporting: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely completion of BAS, FBT, Payroll Tax Returns, and month-end reporting.Financial Leadership: Prepare insightful financial reports, assist in audits, and support budgeting at both corporate and project levels.Payroll Management: Oversee precise payroll processing, ensuring compliance with superannuation, payroll tax, and other obligations.Cash Flow & Reconciliations: Manage bank reconciliations, credit/debit card transactions, and weekly cash flow statements.Project Collaboration: Partner with site project teams to deliver financial insights and reporting.About You: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CA or CPA qualification highly preferred.Experience: 2-5 years in SME, Big 4, or Tier 2 Public Practice environments.Skills: Proficient in Xero, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
