About the role:
The Managed Services Consultant is a client-facing role focused on delivering exceptional consulting and support for Nintex platforms and related technologies. This position involves direct engagement with clients to enhance their operational capabilities through strategic use of Nintex products.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to client success, leveraging technical expertise and excellent communication skills to provide high-value managed services.
Your contribution will be:
Strategic Consultation: Providing expert advice and guidance on the optimal use of Nintex products to meet client business needs.
Technical Problem Solving: Analyzing and addressing complex Nintex-related challenges to ensure client satisfaction and system reliability.
Project Management: Leading Nintex installation projects, upgrades, and change management initiatives to improve and adapt client environments.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their operational needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Client Engagement and Technical Consulting: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, offering insights and solutions for Nintex infrastructure and applications.
Lead technical discussions and presentations to stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, decision-makers, and executives.
Solution Implementation and Optimization: Design and implement Nintex solutions, ensuring alignment with client business goals and IT strategies.
Conduct system reviews and recommend enhancements to optimize performance and functionality.
Technical Leadership: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nintex products, industry trends, and best practices.
Guide clients through technical decision-making processes, ensuring informed and effective solutions.
Client Success and Retention: Monitor client satisfaction and work proactively to address any issues, aiming for high retention and client loyalty.
Develop and refine service delivery policies to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
To be successful , we think you need:
Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing technical consultancy role, preferably with experience in managed services or IT consulting.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies, cloud environments (Azure), and database management systems.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Certifications in Nintex products or related technologies are a plus.
Candidates are expected to possess a blend of technical prowess, practical experience, and a strong educational foundation, demonstrating their capability to address complex challenges and contribute effectively to our team's success.
