The role: This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity programs, managing IT services, and ensuring the protection of our systems against cyber threats.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing tier 3 support for Security and Managed IT Operations Centres to assist in incident resolution. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with company policies and SLA compliance to meet operational objectives. Assisting in establishing comprehensive technology policies, procedures, and processes. Developing, implementing, and monitoring cybersecurity programs and policies to protect information systems. About you: The position is ideal for a highly competent Managed IT Services Lead looking to make a meaningful difference. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:
Bachelor's degree in an IT related field and/or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices. Excellent communication skills with experience in upholding and managing both internal stakeholders and external vendors. Competent in implementing security solutions and coordinating incident response. Ability to perform audits and risk assessments. Demonstrated experience in process improvement and managing technological change. Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong customer service skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and detail-oriented approach. Industry Leadership certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CASP, etc. are a plus. You thrive on being onsite collaborating with colleagues and are comfortable to attend Redkite's office location of Surry Hills at least 3 days per week.
