Ideally the applicant will hold a Cert IV in Mental Health. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of the local health systems on Mental Indigenous Health within the Mackay and surrounding Regions. The successful applicant will have the ability to have links within the community and advocate on behalf of Mental Health within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders people, supporting both the SEWBU Team within the Mental Health guidelines.After Hours Requirements: NoSalary Information: $70,000 - $76,747 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience.About Mackay: Mackay is a City in Queensland, on Australia's east coast. Off the coast is a section of the Great Barrier Reef. Closer to shore are the islands of St. Bees, with reefs, rainforest and koalas, and Keswick, rich in marine life.
