About the Role As Make Safe Coordinator you will be responsible for organising and managing high volumes of emergency make safe repairs for insurance customers.
The primary goal is to ensure that work is completed safely and efficiently, while maintaining seamless customer experiences.
On a daily basis, your specific duties will include but are not limited to: Maintaining client and customer satisfaction, adhering to contract requirements and Service Level Agreements  Coordinating all emergency Make Safe works from triage to completion Issuing Work Orders, updating file notes, internal and external systems, and managing communication with the claims managers, assessors, and repair supervisors Building and maintaining relationships with trade contractors.
Liaising with Supply Chain Officers to ensure trade availability, monitor service levels, and manage trade workload Reviewing and approving reports, scope of works and invoices Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Quality Management policies and procedures, OHS, and insurance requirements Working in collaboration with Claims Managers and other stakeholders About You    Ideally, you will have 2 to 3 years experience working in an administration/scheduling role within insurance, building, construction or maintenance related industries.
You will possess the following: Strong administration and scheduling experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail  Ability to problem solve Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders Strong organisational and time management skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a busy and diverse environment Strong competency in all Microsoft Office applications Trade and/or technical background would be an advantage   For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please reach out to Laila Hoy on email ******.
