As a key PM, you will focus on time and profit outcomes, driving internal and 3rd party delivery teams and suppliers to achieve against project objectives. Your role will create detailed project plans and drive deliverables across multidisciplined technical teams. You will communicate with all levels of decision makers within the customers and up and down the line internally.
Due to the specific nature of the role, only individuals with relevant skills will be considered:
You must be able to demonstrate a solid background of consistent achievement in a Project Management capacity in large site refurb or build environments with projects in the multimillion-dollar range. You must have defined HVAC project management experience. You work comfortably with teams to achieve common goals and are able to motivate a diverse range of stakeholders through your inclusive engagement practices. You have a strong understanding of the commercial solutions delivery process and are well versed in Project Management methodologies.
