The Research Services Office (RSO) is located within the Research and Sustainable Futures Division and supports university research staff to achieve excellence in research. We do this by assisting staff in applying for major research funding opportunities. An exciting opportunity exists to join the RSO as a Major Bid Writer, responsible for the development of high-quality proposals to enhance institutional performance in attracting major funding, both domestic and international. Responsibilities include: Developing and managing major funding proposals, including strategic advice to the bid team, writing and strategic review of proposals. Managing development and submission of high esteem fellowship proposals, including writing, review and editing of applications to professional submission standard. Building strategic working relationships with faculties to promote funding opportunities and facilitate submission of major bids from a broad range of funding sources.
