Major Account Manager

The Major Account Manager is a leader within the Operations function and is responsible for building value-driven, strategic, and mutually beneficial relationships with key customers.
Reporting to a Business Manager and drawing on your financial acumen and strong client management experience, you will manage client matters and interactions within an allocated portfolio to deliver exceptional client/customer outcomes.
This role is based in the Mt Waverley Office in Victoria but there is flexibility in being based in the WA or SA office.

Lead: Influence successful customer outcomes by partnering with the National Operations team to drive exceptional results.Own: Build and maintain trusting relationships with key client stakeholders and maintain effective communication with all key stakeholders.Delight customers: Support the Business Manager, National Operations team, and other internal stakeholders in providing the customers with the best possible experience on each and every delivery.Strategise: Analyse key client data to identify pain points or areas of inefficiency.
Design, build, and execute processes to improve our operation and quality metrics, to proactively drive efficiency gains, process improvement strategies, and offer cost-effective solutions that enable better overall results and outcomes.Safety: Everyone at ANC is responsible for safety.
You will work with our operations team to ensure our robust initiatives are being executed to continue to improve driver safety & wellbeing.About you You're a forward thinker, striving for continuous improvement.

You're excited to have ownership over a growing business.You have 3+ years' experience in a Strategic Account Management role, preferably with Retail clientele, value-add services, or last mile delivery.About ANC ANC is a last mile delivery and direct to consumer (D2C) specialist, partnering with many large and emerging retail and e-commerce customers.
