About The Role
The role is 10am - 6pm. Manage customer portals to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.Assist in overseeing responses to inquiries sent to the Major Service email, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Take ownership of customer queries and complaints, resolving them promptly within specified guidelines. Escalate issues when necessary.Maintain the accuracy of customer information in databases through regular updates.Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with other departments to effectively resolve customer issues.Successfully undertake special projects and tasks assigned by management.Provide excellent service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.Recognize and communicate business-impacting issues, escalating them to the Major Account Group Manager when necessary.Assist colleagues and contribute to team knowledge for improved performance.Encourage individual and collective responsibility for meeting performance standards and fostering ongoing improvement.Participate in the development, implementation, and reporting of new company initiatives, policies, procedures, and products.Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency in terms of cost and enhancing customer value.Perform various administrative tasks as required to support operational efficiency.
About You
Ability to work in a multi-skilled team to achieve set objectives;Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft word, excel and outlook applications.Organisational and communication skills;Proven ability to effectively manage planned/unplanned workloadsProven ability to identify and resolve customer needs in a timely mannerProblem solving and analytical skillsNeed to have a can-do attitude and willing to learnFull working rights is necessary.
