An excellent opportunity for an Office All-Rounder is now available due to rapid growth within our business. Our office now requires an Office All-Rounder within the organisation, where you will utilise your superior Administration abilities to attend to in-house administration duties.
The role is multifaceted in its duties and responsibilities. There's a lot of room for growth and knowledge within this organisation.
Responsibilities for this role include: Office administration and support to the Accounts Answer inbound calls and respond to email enquiries Liaising with clients and internal staff, general office upkeep and other ad hoc duties as required Quotations and general office duties Maintaining client database You will need to be an experienced administrator with computer skills including knowledge of Xero, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Applicants with the following experience will be considered: Admin/Reception/Accounts experience Well organized and punctual Exceptional phone manner and customer service/administration abilities Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) Eye for detail and must be able to multitask Exposure to accounting software is desirable yet not essential Permanent resident or citizen Minimum Requirements: You will have at least 1 year of working history within an office environment and possess above-average Microsoft Office skills.
