We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Worker to join our Drainage and Line Marking Team. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance, repair, and upkeep of drainage systems across our Council. You will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality services to our community, ensuring that public infrastructure is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key responsibilities of the position include: Construction and maintenance of Road and footpath networkSandbags and sand bagging in storm events may be requiredOperate and maintain plant, equipment and tools associated with the duties of the position.The successful applicant will have: MR licence is essentialKnowledge of Civil Maintenance practices is highly desirable1-2 years minimum experience in a similar position is desirableThis is a Level 1-4 (depending on qualifications) position which has a current salary range of $78,916 - $83,656 (plus Super).
