The Role: Handyperson involving:
Upkeeping facility with repair and maintenance works across multi-level facility, underground parking with elevators/lifts on site. Painting, patching, hanging shelving and pictures in resident rooms and common areas. Manual labour moving furniture and materials. Working on HVAC systems. Liaising with and managing contractors on site and assisting when needed. Use of computer programs to log and update jobs. Understanding of current building codes and ensuring facility compliance with required maintenance works. Communicating and interacting with site visitors and residents. Other duties as required. Experience – Qualifications essential: Experience in a similar role min 2 years. Basic carpentry, plastering, and painting experience. Own car and licence. White Card. Covid vaccinations x3.
