We are seeking a Maintenance Team Leader – Planning and Preparation to join our INPEX Operations team in Darwin on an permanent contract. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.
Lead the Operations Maintenance Planning and Preparation Team for the Onshore ILNG facilities.
Key responsibilities include: Lead a multi-disciplined team in work scopes planning, permit development, and close out of maintenance tasks.Liaise with the Production team to ensure all necessary safety, reliability and integrity requirements are fulfilled.Ensure all operations activities and priorities are consistent with operation of the entire Ichthys Operation (including Upstream and Downstream assets).Review and support optimisation of the scheduling and execution of maintenance activities.Work collaboratively with plant teams including Production, HSE, Shutdown, Operations Projects, Engineering and Phase 2 to contribute to preparation of execution plans to meet business outcomes.Assist in supporting the development of work packs and work closely with the ISSOW Team Lead to meet Plan Entry Criteria for the 120day planning process.Coordinate the specialist vendor and supplementary labour assistance required to achieve efficient execution of maintenance plans.Identify opportunities for plant reliability performance improvements.Optimise spare parts volumes and locations to meet required response times, including identification of high turnover or critical materials.Provide input to development of multi-year maintenance plans and budgets in compliance with overall operating group requirements including product delivery plans with input from all StakeholdersSuccessful candidates will be: Diploma of Frontline Management or equivalentTechnical trade or engineering Diploma in Mechanical / Instrument / ElectricalExperience in the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry with at least 2 yrs at Team Leader Level.
